About Me

Saher

I started programming at age 11 and I have always been fascinated with software.

I obtained my SB and MEng degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MIT. I interned at Microsoft two summers in a row while being at MIT and then joined Microsoft full-time working on Windows Server, Azure Stack, Storage Migration Service, Azure Storage, Azure HDFS, and others. I became a Senior engineer at Microsoft. Most recently, I joined BlackLine Systems working on the new modern Platform services and microservice architecture.

I've learned many things over the years in software engineering and I'm happy to share these gems here with you all via blog posts. I hope these posts are inspiring and educational and help you become more mature software engineers, and as a result, help create more positive impact to the organizations you work for.
